WHS Assurance provides workplace safety training courses, fire hazard evaluations, and compliance verification inspections. We do not offer insurance, financial advice, or legal counsel. All services are limited to physical workplace assessments and certifying safe work environments as described in your service agreement.

You agree to provide accurate information about your workplace, grant safe access to all areas being inspected, and notify us of any known hazards before the audit begins. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may limit our liability and affect the validity of any certification issued.

Our inspections and training are performed with professional care, but we cannot guarantee that all hazards will be identified or that your workplace will remain compliant after our visit. WHS Assurance is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or incidents arising after the date of service. Our total liability is capped at the fee paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

All training materials, checklists, reports, and certificates provided by WHS Assurance are our intellectual property. You may use them for internal compliance purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or modification of our materials without written permission is prohibited.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows are charged the full service fee.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after posting on this page. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions, contact us at info@whsassurance.com.
